Real Work, Not a Marketing Story
Salfit Cooperative is a non-profit cooperative that began in 2019, in collaboration with Salfit Municipality. It gives people in Salfit real, paid work and a fair market for what they produce — a shop, a cafeteria, a kitchen, a production line, and a soap workshop, all run day to day by the members themselves.
